About Us

Founded in 2009, Fort Qu'Appelle Pottery and Art Gallery is locally owned and operated by Master Potter Ron Froese and Painter Wendy Willson.  Ron's studio is located in the back of the gallery, so that anyone who is interested can stop in and see him at work on the wheel.

Locally Focused

The FQ Pottery and Art Gallery carries handmade pottery designed and made by local Saskatchewan artisans.  The gallery features mainly the work of owner Ron Froese, whose functional, beautiful and high-quality stoneware graces the shelves in his signature colours of green, yellow and white.  Along with his pottery, the gallery carries handmade jewelry, paintings, photography and practical kitchenware made by other talented Saskatchewan artists.

Seasonally Based

Please note that the FQ Pottery and Art Gallery is open seasonally (April through December).  Please check the HOURS tab above for specific hours and dates open.  For 2012, the Pottery will be open as of April 12th.
